Wuerstelstand

Wuerstelstand is just a stall located at Smith Street of China Town. The Caucasian chef cum owner, Erich Sollboeck, is from Austria. He previously worked in a 5-star hotel before he began his hawker venture to sell Austrian sausages along the street. If you're sick of the skinny frankfurters served at normal western hawker stalls, then you got to try Erich's deliciously plump Austrian sausages that promise to convert you into another fan of his. Which I am already his FAN! :D

I personally rate the smoked pork sausage with cheese as the top choice. If you are a cheese lover like me, order this and I assure you will love it with your first bite. The cost of one sausage is S$3.50, which is quite expensive. However, its tastiness will prove its worth. Besides this, there are other sausages available too. In addition, set menu is available too, i.e. sausage served with different kind of bun of your choice.

He was on TV before. There were also a few times which I saw people take shooting on him too. He is quite famous? Guess so.
