Pizza which took forever long

2 weeks ago, we had our dinner at Sketches Pasta & Wine Bar. Darling ordered a pasta while I picked a pizza. His pasta was served in 10 minutes. I told him to go ahead first as he needed to catch a coach back to KL later then. I expected the pizza a little while more. Waited for 25 minutes, I called a waiter to check my order for me. He didn't get back to me. Another 5 minutes passed, I called another waiter to check again. Still, he didn't come back to me. Well...I couldn't help to wonder how the boss trained his staffs. When someone ask you to check something, aren't you supposed to give an answer? To me, question + no answer = IGNORE!

Finally, I saw a guy who looked like a manager. I asked him to check my order. He went to check and came back with a 'lame' reason. The first pizza was overcooked and they were baking a new one for me. That pissed me more. Were that 2 waiters I talked to deaf or mute? If that was the reason, why not they told me so? Very very disappointed!

When the pizza was served, I had already lost my appetite. Moreover, the pizza sucked!! The crust was too powdery. If the first one was overcooked, the second one was definitely undercooked! Something was very wrong...I was so wrong too for picking the restaurant for dinner.
