Old town white coffee cafe

My first visit to this coffee cafe. We arrived at around 4pm for our late lunch. There was a crowd during that time. It was seemingly another popular chill out place for people on a weekend afternoon. Most people went in a group of 3-4 persons. Some were family, some were young working adults & students too. From here, we could barely tell that the prices of food and beverages should be quite affordable, unlike Coffee Bean or Starbucks where two drinks can easily cost around RM25+. Wireless broadband service is also available in the premise as we can see some bringing their laptops there too.

We did not order the famous hot beverages like coffee/tea. I do not usually drink coffee during lunch. I ordered Coke for my drink. I was strongly recommended for Nasi Lemak Special. It took them around 15-20 mins to serve the nasi lemak which quite puzzled me. I thought most ingredients of nasi lemak should be prepared in advance and should be ready in 5-10 mins whenever there is an order. But, it was not the case there, I was not sure if it was due to the crowd. However, fortunately, the long-waiting nasi lemak did not disappoint me. The chef were quite generous with the Sambal chili and the deliciously marinated fried chicken was quite crispy. Best thing was the reasonable price of RM6+. OMG! I have the craving for their nasi lemak already. Darling, you must bring me there again. *drooling...

Darling only ordered kaya and butter toast for his lunch as he was going to have a basketball match later. Poor him!!

P.S. Old Town has more than 1 outlet in Malaysia. You may google for another outlet which is nearest to your vicinity. But, I can't guarantee you their nasi lemak will be as delicious as I had over here. Ok?
