Unfulfilled birthday wish

I was back from JB last Wednesday after my grandma's funeral. Being away for a few days, I didn't check my mailbox. I actually expected darling to collect mails for me but he didn't. I was too busy to ask him why too. Last Sat, I finally got time to walk a few more steps to pick up my mails. Surprisingly, I saw a romantic yellow envelope addressed to me. My first thought was...could it be my secret admirer? Haha...

Guess who was the sender? It was my darling! He wanted to tell me that he was not sad that we were not able to go Macau this time as we could have lots of chances to go there as and when I wish. The trip was meant for his birthday treat from me. I didn't buy him any present this year as I promised that I would bring him to Macau. In the end, it was not fulfilled. This really made me feel guilty towards him. But, he didn't complain at all. Instead, he sent me a card to comfort me. So sweet! :)

My grandma passed away

We didn't manage to proceed with our trip on 11 October. While on our way to airport, we received the news that my grandma passed away. We made our turn back home, a sudden and drastic change of mood within a second. Sigh...that's what we call 'LIFE'...

My grandma fell down 2 or 3 days before our departure date. My parents visited her then. She was still alright. But, she passed away in peace later. :(
