My diet for today

I am quite delighted with my self-control on the diet for today. :)

Breakfast:
2 slices of raisin bread
1 cup of teh-'O'

Lunch:
2 slices of raisin bread
3 cups of plain water

Dinner:
1/2 bowl of plain rice
1/2 serving of stir-fry vegetable
1/2 serving of sweet & sour pork
1/2 salted egg (not considered healthy but it is one of my favourite)

Hmm...If I gonna list down every meal here, I think I will be more disciplined. Hehe... :p
