Our new home

We finally bought a flat for ourselves. Believe it or not, we confirmed our purchase on our 2nd week of viewing. We viewed about 15 units at Sembawang & Ang Mo Kio. We settled with an executive apartment at Sembawang.

The resale transaction has been approved by HDB. We will get our keys on 13-Sep. Now, we are at the stage to finalise our renovation contract with interior design firms. If everything goes smooth, we should be able to shift in by end Nov. :)
